Decision Support Systems Suitability in Agarwood Tree Planting Using Simple Additive Weighting Method (Saw) In Merauke District

Gaharu is a blackish colored wood produced by number of tree species from the genus Aquilaria, especially Aquilaria Malaccensis . This type used in fragrance industry (perfume and clover) because it has fragrant aroma. commodity non-timber forest products (HHBK) which quite reliable, when viewed its very special price compared to other NTFPs. A simple decision support system (DSS) can be defined as computer-based that make easier decisions. The decision-making ability community still conventional determining suitable land for gaharu planting, without model assist assessment process. Based on results research conducted using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with three samples planted , refers several indicators including soil type, pH, altitude, rainfall, temperature. C value 0.42.
